Family and Friend Relationships
Level 7 is the first year of a two-year theme: Righteous Relationships and Romance. We will explore how God sees intimate relationships with Him, parents, friends, peers, and the opposite gender within these two levels. While Level 7 will address the closest earthly relationships the girls have right now, family and friends, Level 8 will dive into the romantic relationship between a couple. In Level 7, the book by Jessica Minassian ‘Family: How to Love Yours (and Help Them Like You Back!)’ will lead our discussion time, as the girls are ready to give lots of input at this stage. We will also draw on Young Peacemakers by Colette Sande to give us relationship and conflict resolution skills. Finally, our craft will be dabbling with Bible journaling and hand lettering Scripture.
